Eat Local Farm Tour


Eleven Minneapolis/St. Paul area cooperatives came together to explore how they could illustrate, in a new way, the connection between the people of the Twin Cities and the local area farmers who produce their food. The Eat Local Farm Tour (now in its sixth year and called the Co-op Farm Tour) was the result of that collaboration.



I led the design for an initiative by twelve participating businesses to develop a greater relationship between consumers and local farms. I created the identity and all marketing materials, including tour books, stickers, ads and web banners. By the second year, more than 1,000 visitors had toured local farms, and the majority of the farms reported feeling more connected with consumers, having learned how better to serve them.
